Our condo has a fantastic location and stunning views of the Caribbean Ocean, as it is a spacious Oceanside property where you have the convenience of our local beach, access the downtown area (typical Mexican restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc), be within a 5 minutes walk of the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal and have all the Hotel Zone attractions (hotels, restaurants, Wet-n-Wild, ferries, etc) within a short drive. You can have the best of what Cancun has to offer for every taste within 10 to 20 minutes from your vacation home!
The condo is part of "Amara" development. In Amara you will find beautiful gardens, BBQ areas, a fantastic big pool area by the sea, a wonderful palapa in the pool and the beach.
The condo is a very spacious (130 m2 = 1,400 sqr feet) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We also have a TV area, dining room and living room, all with a great views of the ocean. One of our favorites areas of the condo is our big terrace (14 m2 = 150 sqr feet) with an incredible view (as you can see from some of the photos and read from our reviews) of the Caribbean Ocean, Isla Mujeres and Cancun’s Hotel Zone (we never get tired of having a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine with this view).
When you rent our condo we will provide you with everything you need for your daily experience: towels, sheets, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. We also have washing and drying machines to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Security in the complex is very good as we have a private security team working on-site 24 hours a day. Regarding groceries, we have a convenience store just across the street and a Walmart grocery (named Superama, very much like a Publix in the USA) within a 5 minute drive.
Our property manager will make checking in and checking out a very easy experience and can assist you with questions or needs you could have during your stay with us.
We really think we can offer you a great experience, with a fantastic location in a brand new complex at a very affordable price. You can take a look at our reviews, people that have stayed with us have been very happy.
Families are very welcomed at our condo, with children of any age. For adult only groups (no parents in the grouo), due to our building's bylaws we have a 25+ year restriction regarding all-adult groups. This is a nonsmoking property.
