Positive: The staff are friendly and helpful – Brother Tuan in particular stands out, as he assists with all our needs and speaks English well. While the rooms themselves are fine, the areas outside (including the pathways leading to the rooms) require improvement in terms of cleanliness. Additionally, the stairs are quite long and can be inconvenient to use. On a positive note, the common restroom (CR) is clean and comfortable, even though it is quite far away.

Negative: "I only found the areas outside the rooms (the spaces leading to them) to be unclean. The room itself was fine, but the surrounding environment needed better maintenance. "
