Positive: Location was excellent for getting around Dawlish . Easy to walk to beach and shops .

Negative: Stairs in the property are narrow and handrail a bit scary . It was fine for our party but would be a worry for elderly or less mobile . But ,I have to say that we we adequate warning about it before hand . I’m 67 and other members in my party were younger . I wouldn’t want to be carrying a baby or small child up and down though . I think it’s an old charming cottage and it’s been very thoughtfully and tastefully modernised and as long as you are aware of the stairs it’s fine

Summary: We had a lovely time ,town house is a perfect base to explore Dawlish .
