Suitable for a couples getaway, close friends or a family, it comes with a beautifully presented generous bedroom with double bed where 2 single put up beds can be added, upstairs/downstairs on request. A separate lounge area for relaxing, a wet room and a secluded and intimate outdoor entertaining space with pizza oven/bbq x

The space
Entrance area-
We have an entrance hall where wet things and mugs and bits to be washed/changed can be left.

Living room -
Open plan living area with 3 seater sofa, chair, coffee table and TV with access to our guest Amazon fire stick for that home away from home feel and a range of board games and books for you to enjoy.

Wet room -
There is a spacious wet room in the annexe with a shower, toilet and sink. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner have been left for you with towels along with hand and body lotions to make your stay feel luxurious.

Upstairs bedroom -
The floor above is the bedroom, again a spacious room with double bed, hanging rail, teas and coffee making facilities including a coffee machine with pods, mini fridge, and some cutlery/dinnerware to use if you wish to bring back take out. There is no kitchen area but I offer a complimentary swap service for dinnerware so just leave used dishes in the entrance hall and I’ll replace with fresh if required.

Although set for one double bed the bedroom has more than enough space to add 2 x put up single beds to sleep 4 if required.

Outdoor area - at the back of the property we have a small courtyard garden with a bbq/pizza oven and outdoor furniture set up to use.

Please be aware we are on the A30 so there is some traffic noise that can be heard from the garden but the fully enclosed space gives it an intimate feel.

We are on the A30 which I have reflected in the price for this size and quality property in this location… so, if you are looking for complete silence this is not the venue for you! However if you don’t mind the dull buzz of traffic we get in the summer then we offer a beautiful base with easy access to a gorgeous side of Devon.
