Positive: we took 2 rooms, one was ok, very small but pretty and clean , sadly the other one had extensive mold both by the bed and in the toilets the owner refunded us for that 1 room. the garden is very pretty, it's located outside the center so one needs to grab a taxi to get to the center of the city the owner has fun dogs and cats to play with

Negative: i think that the rooms they offer shouldn't be prices for more the 10$ a night
