Summary: Problem with check in....they said hotels. Com did not send in the funds. Charged for 2 hours early check in. Room was cold. Asked to change the room, Katie at reception was uncooperative. Ebony and Macien were friendly but Ebony was helpful, polite and helped getting us a radiator for the room. Would like to thank Ebony and the guys at reception for their help
