Summary: Mold in bathroom, stain on bathroom ceiling, mold on blinds in bathroom, wall paper in room needs replacing it's old and tired and peelings off, mirrors and glass need cleaning, carpet in hallway need steaming or replacing, seems to be only one lift working This should and could be a 4 star hotel But at the moment I would not give it any star's with a little bit of work ie painting, getting rid of blinds they only create mold , re-grouting around the sink ,and giving the rooms a good clean at least once a week this is the answer, and cost very little
