Positive: The staff were so friendly. Victor was so helpful and accommodating. The cleaning lady helped me try to close my very overstuffed bag. You could not ask for nicer people.

Negative: It was a little noisy at night but that is to be expected for such a great location. I was still able to sleep through it.
