Positive: Property is right on the beach

Negative: Lovely owners but I don’t know how this property got 8.3 rating! First impressions were all the rules on the walls including no bodily fluid on beds or you pay. If a guest wet the bed I can’t imagine it’s a regular thing and not necessary in a large notice on the wall.The beds were exceptionally hard and the bathrooms were awful including shower and the property needs maintenance. Our room was near the public toilet for the bar so didn’t feel like you got much privacy. It is over priced as were many properties on Koh Chang ! We were disappointed.
