Summary: From the moment we arrived we were graciously welcomed by Marta. She showed us to our very comfortable cabin and told us about the tours to see the animals they are helping and when the meals provided would be served. We took a wonderful walk with Marta to see the different animals they are rescuing. We do not speak Spanish and she did a wonderful job trying to convey her message in English. After having a delicious dinner under an open air palapa, we were taken to see the Jaguar and puma being fed at night. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend staying at Selva Teenek if you are in the area. Wonderful people, wonderful food, and wonderful accommodations!!
