Positive: Our Perfect Family Base for a Magical Shanghai Trip! We booked SuJu for our family trip to Disneyland, and it exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. The location is a dream for families. Stepping out of the hotel leads directly into the massive Wanda Plaza, which has endless dining and shopping options. The metro entrance is literally steps away, making the trip to Disneyland a stress-free, direct ride. It was so easy with kids in tow. Our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and exactly as pictured. Having a separate kitchen with a glass door was brilliant – we could prepare simple meals for the children without any lingering smells. The in-unit washer/dryer was a lifesaver after long, active days. The children loved the huge projector screen for evening movies. What truly stood out was the thoughtful service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and patient. They kindly allowed us a late check-out so our little one could nap before our evening flight, which we were immensely grateful for.

Negative: A small, family-friendly idea: Providing a lightweight step stool in the bathroom would make it easier for younger children to safely reach the sink. It's a tiny detail that would add even more convenience for parents. We cannot recommend SuJu Apartment enough for families. It provided the space, comfort, and convenience we needed at a great value. We will absolutely stay here on our next visit to Shanghai!
