Positive: The hotel staff was professional and tried their best to resolve a critical reservation error caused by Booking.com.

Negative: Booking.com failed to transmit my full 3-night reservation. Upon arrival on New Year's Eve with my wife and two young children, the hotel only had us in for 1 night. The most disgraceful part was the complete lack of customer support — I received zero response to my emergency messages during the entire crisis.

Summary: Ruined New Year's Eve due to Booking.com error and zero customer support.
