Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The hotel may seem dated, but the rooms were fantastic. Bed was comfy with 4 pillows. And did I mention the rooms are huge? It was easily 50m2 and the shower was fantastic. Good pressure with good heat. Staff at front desk was very polite and helpful at all times. There’s round the clock security at the lifts and they’ll even help you if you have many items.

Negative: The location is far from any tourist attractions besides the SM Mall that is about 5-7 mins walk from the hotel. You’ll need to travel by taxi about 15mins to any attractions or Metro which is about 5 mins walk. The surrounding area & shops are abit too local to manage if you’re not a mandarin speaker. As for the breakfast spread, wasn’t 5 star but decent enough for a hearty breakfast.

Summary: Fantastic hotel rooms, but location abit far off the tourist area.
