Positive: The property was okay. Pretty clean and the personal was very friendly and eager to help. The beach is not far than 100 yards walking. The TV screen in the living room is huge! We enjoyed watching the ball game down there.

Negative: When we arrived the patio in front of the property was dirty (pool and barbecue area). It was cleaned the next day. The access to beach is not good. The way to reach the beach is a trail in the middle of nowhere, it looks like from a horror movie if you would walk in the night. However the trail is pretty short and the beach is very nice and clean.
