Summary: My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean. I spilled coffee on the bed sheets, and once I told them, they offered to change the sheets and did. The bathrooms are very clean. They organized the airport taxi booking for my friend without any issue. The next day I checked out at noon, and kept my luggage in their storage for 5 extra hours without any issues. I will definitely be returning to this establishment on my way back to Bangkok. Great great service, staff and location.
