Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The receptionist was very sweet, hard working and sincere. The pool is well maintained .

Negative: This property is in severe disrepair and demonstrates nothing that is advertised. The units we saw need work, maintenance and upgrades. The drapes are filthy. Housekeeping is supposed to happen daily, it doesn't, unless you pay extra for it. The decking around the pool is unstable, rotted and has nails sticking up. The television didn't work. There were no furnishings in the room besides the bed: you can't sit down, you can't hang clothes, there's no dresser. Photos show meals and a full bar, none of that exists. Management was not interested in having any conversation about discrepancies in what was offered in the booking.com listing versus what was received.
