Negative: The fireplace area in the property. The surface is uneven and pointy, and unfortunately, my elder sister tripped over it and injured her finger. Her finger is now swollen, and we had to take her to the hospital as she’s in significant pain and currently unable to walk comfortably. Given that the area is made of cement and a hard surface, it poses a serious safety hazard—not just for adults, but especially for children. I strongly request that this issue be addressed as soon as possible. Ideally, the area should be made level with the floor to prevent further incidents.
