Travel Purpose: business

Positive: location is great. shopping, bars, restaurants. Above Capone's Chicago Pizza and Beer. Family friendly. open 11 am to 11 pm. The owner was very responsive to my needs. Closest to District 1 without leaving Thao Dien.

Negative: The kitchen area is dirty. unwashed dishes in the sink. i did not need to cook, but a microwave would have been nice.

Summary: Great value, locaton, friendly restaurant and bar on ground floor
