Positive: The lodge itself is beautiful, very comfortable and definitely felt safe with a great location for town. Not the most central as it is still a 15 minute walk but much better and more affordable than many other options.

Negative: I was a bit taken aback by the abruptness of the host when I called to ask questions about checking in. They thought I was somebody selling things over the phone, as when I called, the first time no answer, the second time they just went "what do you want." And then when I explained they said they had been getting cold calls so they slightly apologized for their tone. Apart from that though though the stay and afterwards, this same host was very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Decent especially for the price, would stay again.
