Positive: Selina and her team were outstanding! Every morning we were greeted with smiles and the same after returning from exploring the wonderful city of Hanoi. The staff could not have been more helpful and professional even if they tried. I would highly recommend this hotel and again… well done to the staff - you guys are amazing!!
