Positive: The room has a beautiful lake view. For a few nights out of the city it is a peaceful retreat.

Negative: There is no drain in the bathroom, so the floor floods. Every time you go to the bathroom, you have wet feet. The check-in process is horrible. Unfriendly staff who did not make us feel welcome at all (except one young guy who worked in the kitchen). Need more activities, such as a trail walk or a bicycle ride. Some games, like cards, should be available

Summary: It was a nice escape from the city. Hospitality was poor though.
