Summary: The rooms were very basic and in general there is some TLC needed throughout. They were selling a vegan meal with brioche buns with dairy in them. Which they did not even realise. There was a fire alarm at 6am which one staff member said what again. Also there could have been better communication during a fire alarm. Which is worrying. The reception staff were though really friendly.
