The Moorings consists of 3 bedrooms 2 with en-suite facilities and a further 2 separate sofa bed areas allowing sleeping arrangements to be made very flexible.

The Kitchen which overlooks the River Yare through a picture window has all facilities including the expected appliances such as a dishwasher

Summary: We visited as a group of ladies. Had a little trouble getting in but Kevin was super helpful and assisted with this. He also gave really helpful instruction around the hot tub and boat. The property is a little dated but a good size for the group. Felt a little as if had been empty for a while with a few cobwebs / some drainage issues in the main shower, but these were not really a problem. In some ways we were able to relax more because we didn't have to worry about pristine furnishings if that makes sense. The benefits of the lovely clean and warm hot tub far out weigh these. The boat was a terrific addition and we had a couple of trips out in it. Even sat alongside in the good weather watching and waving at other river users. Kitchen was fine and the lounge a good size for us all to be together. PLenty of books and games in situ if needed and a choice of pubs in walking/boating distance. A bbq would be a nice addition as we had planned this but worked around it in the kitchen. Would absolutely consider again for future trips.
