Summary: Modern corporate hotel with no soul. The hotel is pleasant enough but lacks personality and the personal touch. The hotel has clearly been affected by the earth quake as our room was liberally flooded during heavy rain through the windows. The same happened to both of our friends rooms with one couple having to change rooms in the middle of the night. No apologies were offered and no compensation for the inconvenience. The rooms clearly need some major maintenance. Breakfast choice is good but most dishes were cold. Staff seem very inexperienced and uninterested. Would not choose again if stopping in Bangkok.
