Positive: The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We particularly appreciate the maître d’s hospitality, Pedro. He was classy and helpful. I like the area where the hotel is situated. It is safe with police always patrolling the area. The dinner at the restaurant is great. I love hanging out at the Cipriani bar for drinks. I would definitely return next year and stay at the Ritz. My overall experience is 9/10.
