Summary: The instructions to get checked in were clear, they just didn’t follow their end. We called an hour prior to arrival, no answer at first number, called office and they said they would sort it out. They never sorted it out, we arrived at the property and stood in the rain for 25 minutes until the owner let us in. She was lovely, showed us up and gave us the tour. The rest of the stay was excellent.
