Positive: Location was wonderful

Negative: Property is very, very dated. Our room has not been updated in what seems to be 25 years. It is dangerous with a step into the room, a step into the bathroom, a step onto the balcony - a fell at least twice in 4 days because of that issue. I will not return as the property is not up to Westin standards. When I went to complain and asked to speak to a manager, I was told that he was not yet on duty- a standard reply, obviously.

Summary: Very disappointing, especially as the price was not inexpensive.
