Positive: Superb spacious flat in a unique building. Must be the highest in the whole of the Whitby seafront area, so views are stunning! Well equipped kitchen, great shower and very clean..

Negative: Unfortunately, the flat was simply not warm enough. We were very cold on the night of our arrival, so asked Lee to increase the output of the radiators. But this made very little difference over the next 3 evenings. There are only 4 electric radiators in this large 2-storey apartment - this is utterly inadequate for a winter stay. And there is NO heating at all in the bathroom! We have a stay in Whitby every December, but unfortunately we will look to stay in different accommodation next year..

Summary: Always love Whitby - just wish our time in this lovely apartment had been more comfortable
