Positive: The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They were very helpful as well. The suite was very comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, very close to the best of the Zona Romantica.

Negative: Nothing major. The instructions for getting in could be a little clearer. There was some street noise, but that's normal for Mexico.

Summary: Wonderful stay, would come back.
