Summary: Staff were trying their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible within the very limited circumstances. Admin was never present and obviously unaware of the situations that were going on at the property, or maybe they knew and didn’t want to face the many complaints people had. People took over the common areas (swimming pool and terrace) and even camped out in those areas. Constant black outs and a/c failing or not working at all. Definitely go and check the place before you book this property. Not even cheap in price. We checked afterwards and there are plenty of better places for less in the same town and within the vicinity. I’m sorry but we aren’t coming back.
