Positive: Unique hotel with good location. The hotel room is quite unique as its TV screen is huge and it's placed near the ceiling at an angle where you could watch TV programs very comfortably while in bed. It's a very comfortable room and we liked it. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The check-in and check-out experience was good as well.

Negative: It's quite difficult to find the hotel as the reception in at level 7 within a shopping building. We were able to find it quickly because we read the customer review and knew about this issue. It would be great if the hotel could provide such info in advance to the guests days before their check-in and also have a big sign board visible to the guests at the street level of the building to help direct the way to the hotel.
