Positive: The scenery looking out from the balcony was lovely to see every morning.

Negative: It was dusty and not very tidy (glass tables all had smudges and wasn’t cleaned very well). Was told the pool was heated but it wasn’t. Wasn’t relaxing due to the planes flying overhead all day. The bed linen and towels had a damp smell. One bathroom had a damp/mould smell throughout the stay. No cleaning supplies so had to purchase as they expect you to tidy it up before checkout. When pulling out the storage compartment of the sofa bed it was filled with dead lizards. Was told on the welcome packet that there would be pool maintenance during our stay but never saw a soul. We were told to not keep food on counter tops due to ants etc we kept the kitchen clean everyday yet every evening when coming back from dinner we had ants all over the kitchen. The floor in the bedrooms were falling apart and sticking out from the floor causing toe injuries whenever you walked. A young family member went into the cold pool and a light fixture inside had fallen off and the light wires were just dangling so she kindly fixed it.
