Summary: One of the best hotels in Shanghai. Upon arrival staff is there to help with any request, rooms are large and view is phenomenal. The hotel amenities are the best - I love the pool view, the change rooms, the gym is so clean and the room service is yum! Will always stay here when staying at The Bund. 10/10 Thank you Team :)
