Positive: Without a doubt the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Exceptional staff, especially our wonderful concierge Wendy. A beautiful hotel with beautiful furnishings and decor. Absolutely fantastic bathroom amenities, especially the large bath tub and Japanese toilet.

Negative: The only improvement I would suggest is that the cocktails could be better. As a former bartender for eight years I’m very particular about my drinks and I wasn’t super impressed with the drinks, but the selection was great.

Summary: The most beautiful hotel in Xiamen.
