This fabulous flat is within a 10 minute walking distance from Clapham North Station, and 12 minutes from Brixton Station. It sits just around the corner from quirky pubs, bars and great shopping. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and dining area. For up to 6 guests, this is an amazing place to stay whilst exploring the exciting City of London! Located north of Clapham town, this property sits in the middle of a friendly, residential street. The flat is one of two in this building, and is on the top floors. As you reach the top of the stairs, the first double bedroom is straight ahead with the main bathroom next door. Towards the front of the flat is the living room which follows through into the kitchen and dining area. Up the second staircase are the top two double bedrooms, with the master featuring an en-suite bathroom. This is our home and as such you will find many of our personal items here - we ask that you treat our home with the respect that you would treat your own place! This property is currently on the market, and occasionally, I might show people around for viewings. I will always let you know, and this should not impact your stay! LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA The living room is the heart of the home, with wonderful large windows giving you views of the street below and brightening the room. There are comfortable sofas surrounding the coffee table with colourful orange cushions, candles and decorative accessories. A television sits in the corner of the room next to the antique fireplace. Through the large wooden doors leading into the kitchen, you will see a square dining table sitting in the middle of the room. The kitchen worktops line the walls and are equipped with every appliance you could possibly need to create a delicious home-cooked meal. You are welcome to use the dishes, dining ware and cook ware to prepare your meals. BEDROOMS The master bedroom sits at the very top of the flat, and features an en-suite bathroom. It has soft, dark decor of black bed frames and drawers which are brightened with colour pops of violet and white. Next door is the second bedroom, and the third sits on the ground floor. All rooms feature a double bed, bedside table, and a wardrobe to store belongings during your stay. All beds are prepared with fresh, white hotel style linen. BATHROOMS On the first floor of the flat there is the main bathroom. This features a large bath with adjustable shower head attachment, toilet and basin. The en-suite bathroom accompanies the master bedroom on the top floor, and features a shower, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
