Positive: Fantastic stay! Value for money is incredible, paid 100 pounds for 2 nights for 4 people so I wasn't expecting anything luxurious but I was so pleased. Rooms where clean and facilitated, many group toilets and showers so there was no cues or disturbance. Location is perfect for walkers and thoses wanting to see keswicks pubs and shops, easy walking distance from center and a water view. Breakfast where really good, paid first thing got a time and it was well rounded and even had a breakfast bar, made for a cheap, easy and lovely morning. Honestly blow away for the price and will be back soon, me and all my friends enjoyed

Negative: Showers are all different shapes and sizes, found one on the second day that had enough room to get changed and shower in, so have a search for the perfect fit. Parking. To put in short there is none but its made clear on the booking, perfect location to keswick centre means no spaces, staff explained how the main street worked but we found a side street about 15mins away and just left tye cars
