Positive: The apartment as it was was all new.

Negative: Although my stay was comfortable and the apartment was new, it wasn't finished. There was no smoke alarm, only wires hanging from the ceiling which I suspect is illegal, no internet, no mirror in bathroom, the water in the kitchen sink was not connected and no fittings for towels etc. The photo on the website showing a reception is misleading as the building does not have an area for a reception - this has clearly been taken from another building.
