Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff member Winnie was exceptional, she was more than accommodating and helped us organise trips to all the locations we desired. The hotel is based near the West gate so it allowed us entry to the park with zero queues. The waitress in the restaurant was also fantastic, she might be my favourite person I met in China. On that note the food in the restaurant was amazing, some of the best food I had in my 3000 mile trip around the country. The breakfast was ok but did not compare to the restaurant lunch and evening meal. Winnie even suggested a hike with locals which we were gutted we did not have enough time to partake even with a 4 night stay given we visited the National park twice, grand canyon & Tianmen Mountain. All in all a great experience and would recommend.

Negative: Breakfast was a bit basic.
