Positive: Very smart hotel. Good facilities. Happy and helpful staff.

Negative: Poor location. Shuttle bus to Hoi A limited times that does not work with tours in town. Massive food waste. Poor beach - (only clean for 200m then lots of rubbish). Restaurant service very slow. Getting served tea / coffee proved very difficult.

Summary: Beautiful hotel. Wrong location.
