Positive: Staff were exceptional, lovely hotel, a little out of town so we used shuttle on occasion or got easy grab in. Great pool area. Borrowed bikes a couple of time which were ok as everywhere so flat, but need little bit of tlc! Would recommend

Negative: Bathroom design a slight annoyance as shower floods the floor making it difficult to use sink area. Had to stop using rainfall shower & just have smaller attachment in the end which was a shame
