Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Modern structure, elegant and refined in architecture. It sits on top of a hill offering a great view of the underlying rice fields. Large room, comfortable mattress.The SPA is modern, pleasant, well organized and the treatments are really special.

Negative: A disaster in many ways. Nobody speaks English (not even basic words). The restaurant has an extensive menu but nothing seems to be available. Restaurant environment absolutely not up to par, dirty and neglected by the staff. Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, in the room weak or non-existent. Slender room of furniture, practically empty, present only the bed and a bedside table. Impossible to reach and leave the hotel without a car given the location away from everything. It could be a very nice place but too many basic details are overlooked. A pity.
