Positive: We arrived here from Hanoi and immediately found silence and a completely new setting — new in terms of the hotel structure, yet at the same time magnificent in terms of landscape. The real Vietnam, far away from the metropolis. Before our arrival, we were assisted in a very thorough and professional way by Ms. Zung. She helped us with everything, from the welcome to organizing our three days in the province, including excursions and everything we needed. She was excellent, without any doubt. We have a small reservation about the property, which we believe is still slightly in a development phase. For the restaurant, we would suggest fewer dishes but more refined, and a more international breakfast: more fruit and a few more desserts. Other than that, everything was truly excellent, including the massage area. We genuinely recommend it.
