Our home would be the perfect place for you and your family to explore this beautiful Island, Chesil Beach and the amazing Jurassic Coast. Whether you want to relax by the sea, sail, paddle board, dive, climbing, fishing, bird watching, walking, biking or simply want to explore this beautiful part of Dorset, this is the perfect base. Just a couple of minutes from Portland Museum and Rufus Castle giving you access to stunning views of the coast and a 45 minute coastal walk to Portland Bill.

The space
Lovely modern home hosting three double bedrooms two with king size beds and the third as twin beds. The house is laid out over two floors with the bedrooms and bathroom situated on the 1st floor. The bathroom has a separate shower enclosure. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, oven, gas hob, extractor hood, dish washer, washing machine, separate tumble dryer and all the kitchen essentials.
As well as a lounge/diner there's a lovely additional TV lounge/snug offering the space to unwind or socialise as you wish.
Outside you will find an enclosed gravelled courtyard garden with seating area perfect for breakfast outside or catching a bit of sunshine.
Things to note
In consideration of all of our guests smoking is not permitted in the house or gardens.
Well behaved pets are welcome in the house but not in the bedrooms or on furniture please
We really want your stay to be fabulous and understand this may well involve family and friends enjoying gathering together. Our neighbours are important to us too so we ask that you respect their right to peace and quiet in the evenings by being aware of your noise levels. Parties are not allowed.
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you find it and place rubbish bags in the wheelie bins in the parking space.
