Positive: My partner and I just spent 15 nights at this hotel. I’ve traveled a lot, and I can honestly say this hotel tops the list for me. The hotel covers a large area with beautiful facilities. Everything is always clean and well-maintained – the grounds, the pools, and the beach. A massage was included every single day, and it was always top quality. Our villa was absolutely incredible. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Hideaway Villa with a private pool for our entire stay, and we were so happy about that. We had a large, beautiful garden, great sunbeds, and a well-sized pool. Our area felt secluded and private. It truly felt like a tropical oasis. I’m vegan, so it means a lot to me that this hotel offers dedicated menus for that. Finding good vegan food while traveling is always a challenge for me, but here I enjoyed delicious meals every single day. I was also able to make adjustments to the dishes based on my own needs and preferences. A big bonus was being able to stop by Fusion Farm every day to spend time with the animals. It warms my heart to see how well the animals are doing. You can tell they’re thriving and look healthy. Their areas are clean and well-kept. The animals are treated with care and respect, just as they deserve! This hotel is a great example of how to give and take when it comes to benefiting from the animals’ natural qualities in an organic and respectful way. Finally, I want to mention that one of the best things about this hotel is the people who work here and do their absolute best every day to make sure we have a good stay. They are truly wonderful people. Always service-minded, smiling, and warm. The work they all do is truly impressive. We are so grateful! We want to specifically mention our Fusionista Luna. She took really good care of us for the entire stay and made sure we had our needs met. She always met us with a smile on her face. We are extremely satisfied. We would love to come back one day.

Negative: The only area of improvement I can mention is that the bed in the room was a bit firm, but beyond that we have nothing to criticize.
