Positive: We had a wonderful 1-night stay at Holiday Inn Express Qingdao Hongdao Station by IHG, perfect for a family transit before our next flight. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped for a short stay. A special thanks to Mr. Arthur at the reception, who was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong date (2026 instead of 2025), but he calmly assisted me in correcting the booking and even arranged our two rooms on the same floor next to each other. His professionalism and friendliness truly made our stay hassle-free and enjoyable. Everything about the hotel was amazing,from the rooms to the service. Highly recommended for families or anyone needing a convenient and comfortable stop near Qingdao International Airport.
