Summary: The duty receptionist was very ignorant, scruffy and wasnt sure what he was doing. All the staff seemed to panicing because a coach of Japanese tourists were checking in, forgetting the people who were waiting. Food was terrible, overprice and not worth the value. Room was nice but the heating kept going off and it was a cold night. Doors banging throughout the night with people talking loudly in the public areas. My worst, by far, stay at this Holiday Inn.
