Negative: Disappointing Stay The location is excellent, but that’s the only positive. Service and communication were very poor. We waited over 3 hours for our rooms and were placed in separate rooms / buildings despite prior requests. Booking information is misleading: stating that a child under 12 stays free does NOT mean an extra bed is included. You must either pay extra for a bed (if the room allows it) or the child is expected to share the same bed, which was unacceptable. We paid for a balcony ocean-view room, but it was unusable due to construction, with noise all night from construction and furniture moving. Staff and management were rude and dismissive, and breakfast was chaotic with no seating.

Summary: Great location, but poor service and unclear room policies.
