Positive: Location was fantastic, new, modern amenities, gym and pool area was lovely, breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from. Room was spacious and the bathroom and shower fixings were new, there was filtered water provided in our room as well.

Negative: Overall I have noting to complain about accept, at breakfast on the last day we arrived at 7am (it starts at 6:30am), the lactose Greek yogurt was not available and both my partner and I are dairy free and there was no other option which was disappointing. Next, there was a coffee accident on our table and it went everywhere, two staff were just looking at us, there was no napkins as we ruched to clean it, I asked for help and I was brushed off to another person who ignored me and kept folding napkins in my face, he told another person to help us and she ignored me, I had to get a cloth out of the draw and rush to my table to do it myself, meanwhile the nice lady from behind the soup station rushed out and told ppl to help us. She was ignored as well. This was really off putting before starting breakfast, of and I forgot to mention after we cleaned it up, no one came to collect the dirty napkins or cloth or anything, all the while 3 ppl were within 1m from us and just starred and left all the mess on our table. This for me was unacceptable and unhelpful. Breakfast area was empty at this time and it wasn’t busy.

Summary: Overall a perfect location to many sites and right next to Pavillion.
