Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Handy location just 10-minute walk from the ferry port. Swimming OK with the tide. Close to local market and shops, restaurants, massage. Clean, good aircon, sea view from 2nd floor. Friendly staff offered to pick us up and take us back to the port (motorcycle only).

Negative: Payment is cash only for foreigners (applies to most if not all places on the island). Beachfront location but no sand (only concrete) and behind a sea wall. No fridge, no wifi for half the stay (2/4 nights), no TV, toilet paper not always replaced (without asking). Hot water not always available for shower.

Summary: Good choice for an affordable short stay paid with cash only.
