Positive: Liked the small private boutique feel and excellent staff service!!! Spa services were also nice!!! Welcome service was wonderful! Fixing us to go breakfast/lunch for day trips was very nice, helpful and wonderful extra service! Shuttle service to airport was great! Without this service, would have been a little anxious and frustrating to coordinate travel.

Negative: Our room was very damp and humid and hard to get cool. Everything felt damp and seating was just not comfortable or really that conducive to eating in the room even though we did order room service a few times due to being out in all-day tours. Rug in sitting area was little smelly but probably due to all the humidity in the room. No AC in the upstairs computer/reading room was very disappointing and just didn’t want to use it or stay very long due to lack of cooling. Would have been better to have some indoor/AC seating for meals with right-size seating. The shoe locker concept was understandable but a little clunky and inconvenient- understand trying to keep common areas cleaner especially with all of the rain. Resort a little out if the way but manageable if plan ahead with car services.

Summary: Excellent staff and service, but rooms need a little updating
